TPK-2000 was the last of its kind. Its universal diagnostic system told it so. The others had been destroyed or replaced as the newer models were created. Still TPK-2000 performed its duties to the best of its programming’s ability.

Captain Sawyer—the Odyssey’s previous captain—seemed to appreciate TPK-2000 too.

In its attempt to be helpful TPK-2000 often disseminates noteworthy facts to the crew. In many circumstances these facts are met with strange looks. TPK-2000 is still evaluating what these looks signify.
